- some yard space to garden
- private and quiet optimal
- no pets and non smoking property
- needs to be insulated obviously
I am downsizing from a place I own. Live a quiet lifestyle, mostly outside -- with volunteer work, exercising, gardening, reading and enjoying being semi-retired. Well funded, no debt, great credit. Native to the Bay Area.
