About me: I'm in my early 40s, and I’m originally from Michigan have lived in Santa Cruz more than 10 years. I am an occupational therapist who works with children with disabilities in the school system. Additionally, I also own a private practice. In my free time I enjoy running, reading, traveling, cooking, and being in nature. I have great credit and verifiable income and can provide references as well.
I’m a non-smoker and non-partier. I always pay rent on time and treat each place where I live as if it were my own.
I have a 25-pound 5 year old Spaniel Mix dog. She is a therapy dog, and I’m in the process of getting her certified to be an Emotional Support Animal, so I take her with me most of the time. She’s extremely well behaved and never caused any damage to the home where we lived or the property. I am willing to pay an extra pet deposit as well.
