Personal Chef Services in Exchange for Short-Term Housing (Aptos)

Professional Plant-Based Mediterranean Chef seeking a private room & bathroom in a clean pet-free (allergies to pets) home in Capitola, Soquel, Aptos or Rio del Mar area.
Dates: August 18- November 18
In exchange, my cheffing services of 10 hours a week will provide:
- Weekly grocery shopping (you cover ingredient costs)
- 3 days a week French, Italian, Spanish & Moroccan gourmet, farm-to-table, 4-course meals (appetizer, salad, entree & dessert) including wine-pairing
- Weekly freshly baked bread or focaccia (plain, or with seed & nut, olives & herbs — including gluten-free)
How it works: From the vibrant dishes of France and Italy to the savory flavors of Spain & Morocco exceptional meals are crafted and prepared in your own kitchen. Grocery shopping, cooking and cleanup will be handled, creating custom menus tailored to your taste using fresh, healthy, farm-to-table ingredients. You can customize your serving size, save leftovers for another meal (accompanied by abundant pre-made salad & vinaigrette).
This service is designed for busy professionals and couples seeking the convenience of delicious, gourmet meals ready after a long day's work, along with catering for special occasion dinners.

About me: I am a personal chef with strong communication skills and a respectful approach to both people and their homes. Outside of culinary work, an enthusiastic gardener that cultivates fresh vegetables and herbs to enhance the meals created.
