Hi everyone! We are a couple in our late 20s looking for a small place to call home. We want to find somewhere surrounded by nature preferably in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Felton is ideal!
We both are working professionals. I am a teacher and Bryce works for an environmental company. We have been together for 7 years and we have a small indoor cat. Would love to find a one bedroom stand alone ADU situation on some property and are even open to a partial work trade situation! We love to garden, hike, camp, cook, and muchhhh more. We really wanna find a place to settle for a while.
