We are hiring compassionate and experienced Substance Use Disorder Counselors to work with our clients at The Camp! This is a key role whose primary goal is to provide a safe, supportive, nurturing environment for our clients. You will provide treatment to compliment our co-occurring track and assist patients in their recovery from addictions such as alcoholism, drug addiction, or other behavioral problems.
:: 1 FT - Adolescent Unit
:: 3 FT - Adult Unit
FT Positions (32 to 40hrs / week):
:: Vacation - 10 days/yr
:: Sick - 6 days/yr
:: Personal Days - 2 days/yr

•Conduct individual counseling sessions and group or family sessions as scheduled and document as required.
•Facilitate assigned group or family sessions and assist with modifying problem behaviors.
•Responsible for initial assessments, as well as follow up assessment for patient.
•Prepare individual treatment plan for each assigned patient.
•Evaluate the needs of the patient and determine if referrals to other programs or facilities is needed.
•Ensure all documentation regarding patient care, treatment and incidents are completed timely and in a clear concise manner.
•Provide crisis intervention to patient as needed.
•Plan for aftercare for assigned patient.
•Act as a liaison with insurance carriers as requested.
•Provide case management duties for patient, ensuring individualized quality care.
•May assist in the training of new clinical staff and interns, providing direction and clinical guidance.
•Bachelor's degree in social or health services field. Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
•Credentialed SUD Counselor
*Supervision is available for AMFT/ASW Clinicians
•Licensure or certification for counseling, as required by the state.
•First Aid, CPR, de-escalation certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility)
