Condition:
The chair is structurally in excellent shape! The rocking mechanism is smooth, and the reclining hardware operates perfectly. There is some minor cosmetic wear/light shading on the fabric from normal use (mostly on the armrests and seat cushion, as pictured), but it has plenty of life left and no rips or tears.
