This QUEEN SIZE murphy bed was custom made when I moved into this apartment 8 years ago. I have rarely ever used it, maybe a handful of times. It comes with a soft mattress and can be mounted to the wall like I have done. Whoever purchases it will have to move it. I am down some stairs, but the stairs are outside with plenty of room to move it up. It is pretty heavy but one friend and I were able to get it in here. Bring at least two strong people.
