The asking price by the facility is $4, 240/plot so this is a very good price. There is an additional transfer fee charge of $495 which is paid to the facility and is included in my price of $5000. Cash only accepted payment. Would consider selling these separately if needed for $3,000 each. A notarized letter from each the seller and buyer is required for this transaction notifying the facility of this transfer of ownership.
