Healthy, active Red Wigglers (Eisenia fetida) — the hardest-working worm you can put in a compost bin or on a hook.
Red wigglers turn kitchen scraps into rich castings ("black gold") for your garden. A pound of worms can work through roughly 3 lbs of food a week, so your coffee grounds, veggie trimmings, and peels become free fertilizer instead of landfill. Under good conditions, they multiply fast, so your bin keeps paying you back.
Raised here in Aptos on organic bedding and freshly packed at pickup — no tired, mail-shipped worms.
