The Midway, a market inspired, farm to table restaurant, is about to celebrate 2 years in its brick and mortar location! Established in 2020 at the Santa Cruz Community Farmer’s Market, The Midway is focused on using the best local ingredients. Chef and owner, Katherine Stern works closely with local farmers and purveyors, creating a rotating menu that highlights the bounty of the season.
The Midway currently serves, lunch, brunch and dinner Thursday-Monday.
Currently seeking an applicant with availability on Friday, Saturday and Monday for dinner service. Must have at least one year of serving experience. An interest and understanding of local and seasonal produce is preferred. Must be tidy, organized and punctual with good communication skills. Should be knowledgeable and comfortable with multi tasking but also understand the importance of asking for help when needed. Being a team player is very important!
