Busy Bees Cafe & Catering is looking for a dependable, motivated baker or aspiring baker to join our
growing team in Capitola. We're happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow into the
role.
We are an award-winning cafe and catering company that makes our breads, pastries, cinnamon rolls,
cookies, desserts, and catering items from scratch. We are looking for someone who enjoys baking, works
well with a team, and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
Position Details
20–40 hours per week
Early morning shifts
Weekend availability preferred
Competitive pay based on experience

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with daily bakery production
Mixing, scaling, shaping, and baking products
Producing pastries, cookies, muffins, breads, and desserts
Packaging and preparing products for cafe and catering orders
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Supporting our Head Baker and kitchen team
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has bakery, pastry, or professional kitchen experience
Is reliable and shows up on time
Can work independently and stay productive
Pays attention to detail
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Can lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
