The non-working 7A26 prevents the scope from booting, it's a power supply problem. Most likely
a shorted tantalum capacitor.
Also includes a custom cloth cover.
Powers up and passes self test but no other testing has been done. It's been unused for 15+ years so will need some control
cleaning and calibration. May need other work.
