I have driven it for 5 years, and it handles well and goes 32 miles on a charge (of course like all leafs this number is dependent on driving speed.) It is fairly worn, as you can see by the photos plenty of scratches and sun worn paint (I tried to get closeup photos of all these). The heated air also doesn't work (broke 1 year ago) but it will still blow unheated air. 3 years ago the red and yellow triangles started poping up from time to time on the dashboard. Had a mechanic check it out an he said they are related to the high voltage battery degrading, and that there isn't anything to do about them. I noticed no change to the car's performance when they appeared and have been happily driving the car for 3 years with them. For the past 2 years the brake light sometimes (like 1/3) comes on when the car is started (my mechanic says that is because the pads will have to be replaced on the front brakes in a year) but I haven't noticed the brakes performing any different for the 2 years it has been doing this. The front windshield has a very long crack that runs from one end to the other along the bottom of the windshield (I got a photo of that too.) The tires are brand new, just replaced 1 month ago. Drives great, and is super cheap to fuel (cause I charge at home).
TLDR Old Nissan leaf, lots of scratches, aging battery, new brake pads needed soon. Drives well as is.
