Assistant Park Manager (housing included) –Watsonville Mobile Home Park
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and reliable Assistant Park Manager to join the team. You will serve as a primary point of contact within the park, ensuring smooth daily operations, high resident satisfaction, and a well-maintained community environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial & Administrative: Manage rent collection and deposits, distribute billing statements, follow up on outstanding balances, and process applications. Maintain orderly, accurate residency files and provide comprehensive weekly reports.
• Operations & Maintenance: Perform monthly utility meter readings and data entry. Handle miscellaneous onsite repairs as needed and ensure common areas are clean and attractive. Maintain a professional office environment (including daily cleaning and routine maintenance).
• Compliance & Community Relations: Regularly patrol the park to ensure adherence to Rules and Regulations. Proactively and diplomatically resolve resident concerns. Manage the proper service of legal and resident notices.
Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years of Multi-Family Property Management experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows-based software and the ability to quickly learn park-specific billing systems.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical/Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of utility and park infrastructure; ability to handle light manual repairs.
• Language: Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are a significant plus.
