- Clean we'll kept 2003 mercury 15 hp ( Professionally upkeep through bass pro shop san jose , new carburetor, 100 hour service all done not too long ago ) this year an model was one of the last years the engine was manufactured in Japan. The motor starts right up, zero issues and will last easily another 20 + years.
