I have a 44' (13.5’ beam) trawler that just came out of the boat yard with new cutlass bearings, bottom paint, and zincs. The topside was also painted so it is shiny and new looking. New batteries. New couplers for shaft to transmission connection. Stuffing box has new packing. The boat is in very good shape with no issues. It is a double cabin motor yacht with cockpit. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The rear cabin is very nice with a queen sized walk around bed. The master bath has a tub and shower. The boat has 2 helms. Lower helm has electronics (GPS, depth sounder/ fish finder, radar) that can WIFI to an Ipad or phone so you have control or view from anywhere on the boat. It does not have auto pilot. This is a coast guard documented vessel. The slip is available based on the Santa Cruz Harbor requirements. You may keep the boat right where it is at for 1 year. If your name does not come up on the waitlist within that year you will be required to take the boat someplace else. This boat has twin Ford Lehman 160 turbo diesels with 1318 hours. There is an on board generator. It is a fuel sipper with a burn rate of about 5 gallons per hour @ 9 knots. It is not a fast boat, but you can use it all day without spending a lot of money. I have owned it for about 15 years. We don’t use it much and that is the reason I am selling it.
