Great pump! Comes with charger, replacement hose, cleaning wipes, and pumping accessories.

I’ve modified the pump setup so that I can use Dr. Browns bottles with it. The duckbills and backflow protects are Legendary Milk brand. The hard plastic parts are Medela parts. The plastic backflow protector is for Spectra but has the long extension rather than than the short one that comes with standard Spectra bottles.
