For sale is a high-spec Huky 500, well maintained and upgraded for superior roast profiling. This isn't a standard base unit; it has been fitted with precision components that offer better data responsiveness and mechanical smoothness than a factory-stock machine.
Premium Upgrades:
3mm High-Response Bean Probe: Upgraded from the stock 5mm probe to a thinner 3mm sheath. This provides significantly faster temperature tracking and cleaner Rate of Rise (RoR) data in Artisan, allowing for much tighter control over your roast profile.
New Ceramic Main Bearing: The main drum bearing has been replaced with a high-grade ceramic version, ensuring ultra-smooth, low-friction rotation and improved mechanical longevity compared to standard steel bearings.
Dual Drum & Motor Package: Includes both the Perforated Stainless Steel Drum (installed) for commercial-style roasting and the Solid Drum for high-convection roasting. Comes with both required motors: the 72 RPM for the solid drum and the 48 RPM for the perforated setup.
Official IR Propane Burner: Infrared heat source with high-precision needle valve and pressure gauge for granular gas adjustments.
Digital Interface: Fully wired with ET/BT/MET probes and ready to connect to your laptop for data logging.
