We bought it new about 5 years ago for our office where it was used only a couple of days a week, so it is still in great condition, and works perfectly. Both heating (very hot) and refrigerating (very cold) with color-coded switches to turn both heating AND cooling off or on (so room-temperature water is possible, as well).
Takes 3-5 gallon water bottles, with a movable insert that fits into the top of the unit. Selling because we have a smaller space now.
Great deal with similar selling for $160-220. Plus you can see it looks a lot like the more recent model on https://www.avantiproducts.com/collections/water-dispensers/products/water-dispenser-4 but slightly taller. 3-prong grounded plug.
It's 12" diameter gets slightly wider at the floor under where the lowest part flares in so it can flare out again to about 12.5"
