The kitchen has a newer self-cleaning gas range and a new stainless steel fridge.
High efficiency gas heater in the living room and high efficiency electric heater in the back bedroom.
The bathroom has a newly refinished tub and fresh paint.
There are washer and dryer hook-ups by the back door.
There is a detached 1-car garage and ample parking (tandem) in the driveway.
There is a lawn mowing service approximately once a month for the front and back yards.
Owing to the size, we are looking for 4 tenants maximum (including children).
