📋 Rental Details
Floor plan: All 36 apartments are 2 bed / 1 bath with the same layout and appliances
Lease term: 12 months
Occupancy: Maximum 3 residents per apartment
Cats: Up to 2 indoor cats allowed (additional deposit required)
Renters insurance required at move-in
Utilities are not included
✅ Qualification Requirements
Combined gross monthly income must be 3x the rent
Application fee: $30 per adult (non-refundable)
Required with application: photo ID + proof of income
Approved applicants must provide a holding deposit equal to 30% of rent and sign a holding deposit agreement to reserve an apartment
No co-signers permitted
📌 Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Criteria may change at any time, but your application will be reviewed under the criteria in place at submission.
