Be so very careful renting from the person advertising this unit. The person/people that own these apartment units on Daubenbiss Ave in Soquel are total slimeball scammers. All they care about is money. They do not care about the conditions of their units, and especially not for the well being of their tenants. The main landlord will lurk around your unit, illegally charge you for items throughout your lease, and forget about getting your security deposit back. They will not give you 24 hr notice for maintenance and then charge you for missed maintenance. These people are possibly the scummiest landlords in Santa Cruz. They take advantage of Santa Cruz renters in EVERY WAY.
