Electricity for A/C, lighting (all LED), and 2 refrigerators (regular one in RV plus larger one in outbuilding) . Tenant pays electricity (averages $50-$80/month depending on if second fridge is used) and propane (averages $20-$50/month - highest in middle of winter if heat is kept on full time). Owners pay for ultra high speed Internet (up to 1gbps download speed), water/sewer, trash removal (sorting recyclables required). Partially furnished - new queen bed, couch converts to second bed, dinette table, outside table/chairs. No smoking.
