Parking is available for one car only. Sorry, no laundry available but there is a laundromat down the street across from Safeway. Limited closet space.
Rent is $1,950/month, including water & garbage. The unit has its own propane tank, which is the renter’s responsibility. I will cover the PG&E up to a point. NO electric space heaters.
An indoor cat is allowed. The unit backs up to Valencia Road AND we do get coyotes; hence, the ‘indoor’ part. I will consider a SMALL dog, with an additional deposit.
No smoking, loud music or drugs and yes, I consider pot to be a drug. Sorry, no couples.
