Key Responsibilities
Financial reporting – create financial statements and communicate with CPA firm on a monthly basis.
Account management – oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations.
Audit Preparation – Assist with outside audits by gathering information and documentation.
Budgeting and Forecasting – Analyze financial data to prepare budget forecasts and assist with strategic planning.
Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement new process changes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (construction or flooring a plus).
Skills – Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Experience with RFMS a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Effective communication skills for interacting with other team members.
