UPDATE: While disassembling the unit for pickup, I found a problem. The bottoms of the four upright posts and the four 4x6 boards that hold the posts together are rotted. You will need to cut off the bottom 6 inches of the uprights and replace the four ground level support boards. I uploaded more pictures to show the condition.
I can help disassemble, but you need to transport and re-assemble by yourself.
