We are a commercial real estate investment firm, specializing in the sale of apartment buildings and homes. We seek a specialist in Digital Marketing/ Graphic Design who also has solid overall marketing campaign skills. We are seeking someone that can immerse themselves and grow with the company. The position is working directly with the President. We are looking for a "self-starter", and someone with a positive can-do attitude that can take initiative to try new marketing and design channels. Please have a minimum 1 year graphic design experience with a quality portfolio of work. Experience with Sales Force and ACT! is a major plus. The right person will also be tech savvy, providing the first line of IT support to the President. Someone with real estate experience is a huge plus because they will already know about real estate marketing and lead generation. The job will entail building a communication platform to keep in continuous contact with leads. Real Estate is a contact sport. The more contact the better.
HOURS: 20 to 40 hours per week depending on how effective you are.

LOCATION: Candidate must work in the Campbell office and/or alongside the President in San Francisco occasionally.
Candidate will create campaigns to find buyers to generate offers and sellers to generate listings and develop client database
Digital Marketing for lead generation, marketing and branding.
Design online marketing material to advertise new listings, just sold, current inventory and writing content for post cards, emails, marketing packages and direct mail.
Code, implement and test email marketing campaigns
Manage cross-channel campaigns
Weekly review of analytics to assess success of getting people to the web site
Provide analysis on marketing campaign performance, tracking results from each platform, strategizing on maximizing results
Daily Professional Management of Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, MLS, Loopnet, CoStar, Redfin, Zillow, and post video you create and edit.
Constantly brainstorm and think of campaigns to find leads, or grow our presence and branding.
Knowledge of Sales Force
Word Press Specialist
An ability to create custom HTML/ CSS templates/ coding
Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Landing Page creation and maintenance.
Creating PDF fliers for print and web
Managing and maintaining the company website
Further develop online presence, reputation, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
You have experience at a firm with all of the above
Knowledge of ACT! A contact database.
Knowledge of Constant Contact.
Experience working in a commercial real estate firm.
Small business office experience
Administrative and customer service skills (answering phones, emails)
Knowledge of Santa Clara County and its neighborhoods
Managed the marketing for at least one real estate company
