Hello, my name is Robert. I am in search of a small piece of somebody's land, that I can park and stay in my GMC Sierra truck and Honda Civic.
I've been staying on private property where construction is taking place, the constructions need has overtaken the area that I was in. I was asked to leave and did so immediately. Up until recently I had been there for almost 4 years with no issues, was never asked to leave until recently. I was pretty much the unofficial security for them.
I'm looking for something sort of the same, and open to creative ways to make this happen. Something on private property, ideally away from the road especially busy roads. I don't like the idea of being in somebody's face when they walk out of their house so away from any residents would be desirable. I stay contained to my vehicles and when I leave for work, or whatever other reasons, it would just be the other vehicle present, nothing left out and thrown about. One of the reasons I do this is I do not want to pay rent in this state ever again. But I am willing to work on, and around your property for things you need done, as a trade for being able to stay there. At the place I was last at I would pack out more than I would pack in. Meaning I would clean up a lot of the trash that wound up out there from people that would dump stuff, and what was blown in from the wind.
I have no criminal history, I'm working on establishing my pet care services business, along with dog photography, and I've been doing appliance repair and handyman services on the side. I have a Facebook pet care services page id be happy to share with you.
Where I recently was I did not have people coming and going, occasionally a friend would come by to check up on me, or family members, but there wasn't people always hanging out there. I would occasionally do work on my vehicles, but again not leave any mess.
If anybody has any property like this, I am definitely interested in talking to you to see if maybe I'd be a right fit for staying on your property. I would feel a lot better about this situation if it was mutually beneficial.
