We blocked an ebay bidder who is threatening me and my family through ebay's email system, yet ebay permits him to bid using other IDs. Each time we block his latest ID he comes up with a new one. He has never made a satisfactory purchase from us, yet he continues to bid on our items, makes up non-existent complaints, never returns anything, always gets his money back, then posts negative feed backs. Now that he has our address, he's making credible threats to do bodily harm. We never know who this person is until we print the shipping label – by then it’s too late to block or cancel his bids, since the items he buys are automatically paid and marked ‘sent’ – ignoring months of our expressed intents not to deal with him. Loss of sales and three months of trying to draw reason from ebay’s intellectual vacuums has caused us to close the account.
He is David Broxterman of Lakeland, Florida. According to Google, Mr. Broxterman is a convicted felon on parole, recently released from a Polk County, Florida state prison for embezzling a quarter of a million dollars from the government, and who makes his living selling counterfeit and forged government documents.
Ebay’s attitude of total indifference has led Mr. Broxterman to destroy our reputation, our business and now our personal safety. We desperately need help before somebody gets hurt or worse.
We are at poverty-level income and will need a contingency fee arrangement.
