Mini Cooper R56 R58 R61 Wanted! Automatic! Cash Ready! S or JCW N18! (san jose downtown)

Hi there! I'm in the market for a Mini! Specifically these models I'll have listed below! I'd like a JCW "John Cooper Works" over the S but I'm not going to be picky though! However, please be certain in what model you have. There are S models that do have JCW appearance package with the body and interior trim but they are not true JCW cars!
Mini Cooper JCW or S R56 2011 to 2013 N18 Engine
Mini Coupe JCW or S R58 2012 to 2015 N18 Engine
Mini Paceman JCW or S 2013 to 2013 N18 Engine
These are my requirements for the car. I don't think it's unfair!
1. Clean Title is Preferred, Rebuilt Title is completely okay though!
2. Automatic Only, I can't do Manual anymore. It would be a disservice to the Mini to get one and sit in Traffic with it.
3. Decent to Great Body Condition / Wear & Tear is okay like rock chips and such because I'm looking for a 10-15 year old car.
4. No Check Engine Light, I will be bringing my Mini Scan Tool to check myself.
If you have service history that's awesome! I'll make that a priority if people offer me their car, it shows that they looked after it. I wouldn't mind paying a little more to someone who actually took care of their car with records!
