I need a new water heater in the Gilroy area. Open to either gas tankless or tank. No heat pumps. I have quotes from the big companies. If you'd like to do some side work I would love a quote. 2,800 square foot home. Three baths, two occupants in the garage with full driveway and Street access. Currently have a recirculating system pump works fine but would be open to a new one. More modern and efficient.
