Interviewing volunteers about life, love, death, and advice (mountain view)

Hello!
I'm working on a project where the goal is to interview 100 strangers: 10 in each decade of life. That means 10 people in their 0's, 10's, 20's, 30s, ... 80s, etc! Interviews last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, and topics range from life, love, death, and advice --- you know, just lighthearted conversation. I hope to compile all the information I gather from these interviews into one book of collective wisdom: from you, through me, and onto paper. I am highlighting some interviews along the way on my Instagram @stories.of.sonder, but posting your story is optional, and I cater anonymity to each individual.
I'm interested in chatting with both the extraordinary and ordinary because I believe we all have stories, wisdom, and perspective to share.

As I made this post in January 2026, I've so far interviewed 32/100 people I hope to talk to -- plenty more to go!
