looking for student or hobbyist land surveyor or engineer (los gatos)

Hello, I recently hired two different surveyors to perform a topography and boundary survey. I now am looking for a way to analyze the maps to help us decide where we will place the division line for an SB 9 urban lot split. We have a line drawn out but it is very close to the house. The city said we can get quite creative with the line. Our current surveyors are busy so I am looking for a student who can read the maps, possibly for school credit. Once I have some examples, I can present them to the surveyor.

Context: There is a state bill called SB 9 and the requirement is a 40/60 split. We have a 1.03 acre lot and the empty lot has slopes. The overall current lot has a 15+% average slope density. After the split, there will be 2 separate lots.

If interested, let me know. I can send you the documents. This might make a cool class project since the property is over 100 years old.

Thanks.
