We are seeking a local electronics technician with professional-grade soldering skills for a precision PCB rework task.
The Job:
Component Removal: Safely desolder and remove a fine-pitch LGA (Land Grid Array) SiP/Module from a multi-layer PCB.
Component Re-installation: Clean the pads and successfully re-solder the component (or a replacement) back onto the board.
Equipment: Ideally, you have a dedicated hot air rework station with adjustable airflow/temperature and a pre-heater - verified and working. However, we can provide equipment on site if needed
This is a per-project task up to 12 boards assuming the first one goes well. If it's the right fit, there is opportunity for regular work as we consistently have re-work jobs.
