Cal Coast Telecom is looking for an experienced Security Systems Foreman to support and lead the installation and troubleshooting of commercial access control and CCTV systems.
This is a hands on role that also supports crew leadership and quality control in the field.
What You’ll Do
• Install and troubleshoot access control and CCTV systems
• Read and work from cable schematics and drawings
• Support field crews and work alongside another foreman
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure clean, accurate installations
What We’re Looking For
• Strong security systems knowledge (access control required)
• Ability to troubleshoot and install systems independently
• Experience reading cable schematics
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Schedule & Pay
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• $65.00 – $70.00 per hour, depending on experience
