🛠️ The Role: What You’ll Do

• Replace/install electrical outlets, light switches, garbage disposals, dishwashers, light fixtures, ceiling fans, thermostats, doorbells, and smoke detectors
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems
• Inspect windows, walls, and doors and complete repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and equipment servicing
• Independently paint full apartment units with high-quality results, including: wall prep, patching holes and cracks, texture matching, caulking, and proper masking to keep work areas clean
• Reliable transportation is required 🚗

🧰 What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and solid communication skills
• Experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, hotel maintenance, or construction preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexible availability for rotating on-call maintenance requests (nights/weekends)
