MUST HAVE:
*Must be able to respond to most service calls in 25 mile radius.
*Must have an active cell phone.
*Must have own tools.
*Must have own truck.
*Must be able to communicate and write well in English.
*Must be able to perform basic maintenance, repairs, and alterations on Residential & commercial buildings plumbing and piping systems.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Troubleshoot deficiencies in plumbing / piping systems
* Repair or replace defective components in plumbing / piping systems
* Replace or repair hot water heaters
* Identify quality improvement opportunities on existing plumbing and piping systems
* Fluent English
* Strong Work Ethic
* Punctual
* Clean DMV, California Driver License
* Clean and neat appearance
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Attention to detail
* Team player: able to take direction and willing to learn
* Drug-free
