Job Description:
Orion Pest Control is seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician to service primarily commercial and multi-family properties throughout the Bay Area.
Please do not apply if you do not have pest control industry experience. We are seeking candidates with current or previous pest control experience who can independently manage a service route and provide professional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform pest control services for commercial and multi-family accounts
Maintain professional relationships with property managers and clients
Follow all state regulations and company service standards
Drive company vehicle to scheduled service locations
Identify pest issues and recommend additional services when appropriate
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Current or previous pest control industry experience required
Branch 2 and/or Branch 3 license required
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage a service route
Professional appearance and communication skills
Experience working with commercial or multi-family properties is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Company work truck provided
Compensation is based on production, plus sales commissions

Schedule:
Flexible scheduling provided all assigned service stops are completed and clients are serviced on schedule.
