Are you an experienced construction leader with a strong background in window and door installation? We’re looking for a Construction Foreman to join our growing team and oversee residential projects from start to finish, with a specific focus on high-quality window and door installations.
About the Role:
As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and up to our strict quality standards. Your experience in window and door installation will be essential in coordinating subcontractors, inspecting work, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily on-site operations for construction projects
• Supervise window and door installation crews
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents
• Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients
• Perform quality control checks and resolve on-site issues efficiently
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a superintendent or foreman role
• Proven expertise in window and door installation
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
