Used Rolling Metal Work Bench for sale. This was a heavy duty "hard drive" test bench back in it's day. It has heavy casters, powder coated black paint and several openings in it. There is alo a lower shelf. The top needs a new heavy piece of plywood or sheet metal installed if that is your choice. Or, make it into something else!
It is not heavy enough to make an engine dolly but it could handle a transmission or other fairly heavy items.
