New-In-Sealed-Box Craftsman Brand USA-Made Cordless 3/8" Drill - $50 (san jose downtown)

For sale is a cordless electric power drill / driver. This is a Craftsman brand, model number 91116. This drill was manufactured in the USA. It's got a 3/8-inch chuck and a two-speed reversible motor that operates off of the internal non-removable battery. The battery is charged from an electric outlet using the supplied AC Adapter.
The drill is new, still in the sealed box. The box has never been opened. It was purchased by my elderly father, probably about 50 years ago, but never opened.
Given that the box has never been opened, I am considering this new (or "new old stock"). I can only assume that it works, given that the box has never been opened. And I would rather not open the box and charge it up to confirm that it's working, because it would then no longer be in a sealed box. But I would be happy to refund your money if it doesn't work, once you get it home and charge it up.
You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport. Or I would be happy to deliver it to you, if I happen to travel out in your direction.
I prefer that you reach out via text message. Sending an initial email message is OK. But arranging pickup solely using email is not a feasible option for me. Eventually, you'll have to text me to arrange a specific pickup or delivery time. Thanks.
