This is my mother's sewing machine. It's a Singer Industrial Model 241 from 1949. She was a seamstress by trade and hobby most of her life. She made much of her clothes, a lot of the kids clothes when we were young, and most of my father's pants and whole suits. This machine was originally purchased in Asia, and gingerly transported to Boston and then Oakland. It's been lovingly cared for, fine-tuned and remains fully functional.
Comes with table and accessories. Includes a box of fabrics, bags of buttons, etc if you like.
Pickup is in Oakland. Looking for another home. $250 or best offer.
