Seats are located in Section 143, Row 24, Seats 13 & 14 on the 49ers Home Field Side in the shade close to the visiting teams entrance tunnel. These seats are also next to a variety of Food, Drinks, Restrooms, and Escalators for easy access in and out of the stadium.
Standard pricing for these SBL's are a "one time purchase" cost of $6,000 per seat / $12K for the pair, along with the annual season ticket bundle for each season, which I just paid $7,400 for the upcoming 2026 season, putting this package at a value of $19,400.
I'm selling the package for $13,500 which covers this years Season Tickets along with the (2) SBL Licenses at 1/2 price. This means the purchase price includes both (2) Stadium Builder Licenses @ $6K with all pre and regular season home games for 2026 worth $7,400 Moving forward since you will own the Stadium Builder Licenses outright, the only obligation with the 49ers is to purchase each seasons tickets for all preseason and regular season in February of each year.
In addition, you can also purchase Playoff Tickets for your seats as the team qualifies and they become available, which will be an extra cost paid to the 49ers.
Lastly, in addition to the purchase price, the buyer will also pay $100.00 per license to have the Official 49ers Marketplace Team facilitate the sale, manage the collection of contract signatures, and transfer of licenses.
As a Season Ticket Holder you also get an annual season ticket holder gift, tickets offerings to spring training, pre game parties, events, and presales to other concerts and sporting events hosted at Levi Stadium. For all 49ers home games you also get the "Member Inclusive Menu" All You Can Eat Food Package, allowing you to enjoy all "Stadium Favorites" food items starting when the gates open through the middle of the 3rd quarter. This includes water, soda, coffee, hot chocolate, hot dogs, polish sausages, nachos, chicken strips, fries, chips, candy, cookies, and any other items notated under the "MIM" package.
