Looking for a responsible, respectful commuter or part-time renter to share a beautiful 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath Mediterranean-style home with one other adult in the Spartan-Keyes neighborhood of Downtown San Jose. This is a unique living arrangement, so I’m hoping to find the right person where it feels like a great fit for both of us.
This is an ideal setup for a traveling professional, executive, consultant, or traveling nurse who needs a quiet, well-kept home part-time only either temporary, short-term or longer-term.

You’d be living with a young-at-heart 50 year old woman who works from home Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:30pm) and travels regularly for work, along with a friendly 6-year-old golden doodle. I would have a pet sitter either take the dog out when I’m gone or have the sitter stay here depending on your schedule. I’m clean, responsible, friendly, outgoing, respectful and trustworthy. My hobbies include painting, reading, seeing live music, cooking, hiking/walking, traveling and being with friends and family.
