Looking for a temp roommate. I will be gone for 3 months Sept 1st- Nov 30th. I am looking for a short term renter. All furniture is provided including bed, TV, desk, drawer. You will need to provide your own bedding. Full size bed, very comfy. You will have full access to the apartment and kitchen including cookware. Apartment has central AC/heat, pool, gym and a BBQ area. The roommates are both established and over 35yrs old: Rob owns his own business and Adam is a manager. Rob has some pets: a small dog Buster and a cat Posey both very friendly. We host a game night about 1x a month and your welcome to join, mostly board games and some magic the gathering. 1 private room with shared bathroom. Couples welcome, No $ deposit needed but you will need first months rent. $1450 utilities and 1 parking spot INCLUDED. I can be flexible on dates, let me know your time frame
