Are you a professional lash artist, massage therapist or injector with two or more years of experience in the industry looking to have your own space and business? We have a beautiful private studio available for sublease 2-3 days per week.
Located in the heart of Silicon Valley in downtown Sunnyvale, our studio offers a tranquil and inviting space for you to provide exceptional service to your clients. High vaulted ceiling with stunning chandelier, studio has built-in sink for convenience. Abundant & convenient parking. Prime location in between Whole Foods and Target inside of Salon Republic. All utilities are included and the facility is equipped with complimentary wi-fi internet access, microwave, washer and dryer. Onsite front desk manager available Tuesday - Saturday.
Requirements:
- Valid professional CA license in field
- Minimum of two years of business in the beauty industry
- Must have own client base and generate own marketing
- Valid business license and insurance to sublease space
Availability:
- Studio available for 2 to 3 days per week. This is a sublease opportunity.
Sublease Rate:
2 days: $140 per week
3 days: $205 per week
