$48K - $85K is attainable. $100K+ for exceptionally-driven, resourceful individuals is possible.
We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who care about:
Fixing our broken food system
Fighting back against Monsanto/Bayer’s control of 80% of seeds & carcinogenic chemicals pesticides
Protecting farmworkers, water, and soil health
Supporting certified organic family farms
We are the industry leader in certified organic produce delivery, serving thousands of customers across California, We’re expanding into another state — and we need YOU to help us grow.
Since 1976, we’ve been organic because it was the right thing to do, before it became highly profitable. Since 1992, we’ve delivered organic produce directly to homes and now we are able to help support 60+ family-owned certified organic farms each week.
Our success since 1992 is that we get the majority of our customers via door to door canvassing + events. All of our new hires start in neighborhoods, knocking door to door to sign up 2-5+ customers up per day.
There is a fast track for the right person who has successful door knocking experience, can demonstrate it, in order to help develop a team of door to door canvassers.
In order to become a team lead, you must be able to successfully and enthusiastically knock doors to get sign ups in order to lead and manage a team, that mostly will always continue to knock doors, daily, weekly, monthly, annually. THIS is how we have become and remain the industry leader in certified organic produce delivery from local family farms since 1992. It is the secret to our success and we have a few openings right now for our purposeful job.
We’re Hiring For:

✅ Team Leads (fast-tracked from within is possible for go-getters) with proven track record of achievement of making quota (13 - 18 sales per week) Plus proven reliability to the team.
