It was running Windows 10 ok until it suddenly died. I had the charger checked at 2 shops. That is not the problem. It works fine. There is no battery. I suspect the power switch because it was not working correctly before dying. The case, keyboard and screen are all in good condition. You would need to upgrade the CPU to use the latest Windows OS.
