Complete ( minus carb) 153CC engine/driveline from a 1986 Honda CH 150 Scooter . Engine rotates freely and has good compression. Even with a poorly sealing Comp gauge the engine showed 150 PSI... Starter is good and cranks engine properly. Mileage unknown
