Business Development (BD) – Construction / Large Accounts
Location: San Jose / Bay Area
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base + Commission (performance-based)
ABC Cabinet is a Bay Area–based cabinetry manufacturing company with local production in San Jose. We work directly with builders, general contractors, design firms, remodeling companies, developers, and large procurement partners on residential, multi-unit, and commercial projects.
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development professional who can actively develop new clients, build relationships, and grow large accounts.
What You Will Do
Proactively prospect and develop new clients in the construction and design industry
Meet builders, GC, designers, remodelers, developers, and procurement teams in person
Open doors through cold outreach, referrals, site visits, and industry networking
Manage relationships from first contact through repeat business
Identify large or repeat project opportunities and follow through
Coordinate with internal teams to support quotes, samples, and project onboarding
Who We’re Looking For
Strong execution skills — you can run leads, follow up, and close conversations
Comfortable with field sales and in-person meetings
Experience in construction, building materials, cabinetry, design, or related industries preferred
Existing industry connections are a strong plus, but not required
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results
